About the role
Partner with customers to move agents from shadow mode to autonomy, and turn what you learn into playbooks. You’ll join a small team that ships every week and talks to customers directly.
What you’ll do
Guide customers from shadow mode to autonomy
Analyse traces to find failure patterns across accounts
Write playbooks used across the customer base
Run workshops with operations leaders
What you’ll bring
Experience running support or operations teams
Comfort reading logs and working with data
Excellent facilitation and writing skills
